How much time should I dedicate to HESI prep each day or week?

I’m currently preparing for my HESI exam and I’m struggling to figure out how to structure my study time. How many hours per day or week should I realistically dedicate to HESI preparation in order to see good results? I want to make sure I’m balancing my schedule without burning out, but I also don’t want to underprepare. Any advice from those who have already taken the HESI would be really helpful.
