How much time should I dedicate to TEAS prep each day or week?

The truth is, there’s no one size fits all answer it depends on your starting point and schedule. But consistency always beats cramming Even just 1–2 focused hours a day can add up to big results if you stick with it. I used to panic because I worked long shifts and thought I’d never have enough time. I nearly gave up until I found the ATI TEAS practice exam which became a lifesaver. Instead of stressing over endless study guides I carved out 30–45 minutes daily to tackle practice questions. Slowly, I saw my weak areas shrink and my confidence grow. The structured practice made me feel like I was finally in control and by test day, I wasn’t just prepared I was proud of the progress I had made step by step.
