Overview of Roles Execution APIs

/assignRole

• The /assignRole API creates hidden Role profiles for each of the Current Users, for the BPM Process Key and Record Id specified in the Agilit-e Admin Portal module configuration.

/getAssignedRoles

• The /getAssignedRoles API returns all hidden Role profiles based on the Role, BPM Process Key and Record Id specified in the Agilit-e Admin Portal module configuration.

/getRole

• The /getAssignedRoles API returns a list of responsible users as an array based on the Role and conditional levels provided in the Agilit-e Admin Portal module configuration.

/changeConditionalLevels

• The /changeConditionalLevels API changes the Conditional Levels of a Role Profile relevant to the record-id provided in the Agilit-e Admin Portal module configuration.

/reAssignResponsibleUser

• The /reAssignResponsibleUser API reassigns the Responsible User of a Role Profile relevant to the record-id provided in the Agilit-e Admin Portal module configuration.
