Uploads a binary file to Agilit-e and returns a reference Id

IMPORTANT: Notes about posting Files to Agilit-e

  • Files need to be uploaded as a binary object
  • Uploaded files are temporary and may be removed anywhere between 5 minutes and 24 hours
  • Only 1 file can be uploaded per API call
