Increment Number Based On

Overview

The Increment Number Based On property instructs the Numbering API to only increment the number based on certain conditions. By default this is set to None, which means that the number will always increment upon request, but this value can be set to:

  • Prefix
  • Suffix
  • Both
  1. In the Agilit-e Admin Portal, in the Numbering module's section, open the Leave Numbering profile.

  1. Click on the Actions menu icon Numbering profile's title bar.

  1. Click on the Reset Numbering Counters menu item.

  2. Change the Increment Number Based On property to Prefix

  1. Click "Submit" to save the Numbering Profile
